Empty Box Returns
Please get in touch with us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We will co-ordinate with our courier partners and try to locate your product soon.
Exchanges
Groomiist does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns customers have the following two options:
- Get equivalent amount as Groomiist store credit to be used on any future purchase at Groomiist
- In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Groomiist would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you
Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs.
Refunds Issued through
Product replacement – In case of damaged or incorrect items Groomiist would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item
We do not provide cash refunds.
Price Changes
Groomiist provides price protection for items during shipment, during refund and during returns. Therefore, in case price of a product falls during that period, we still consider the sale price as the consideration to be refunded.

Customers can track the status of their returns by emailing us at care@Groomiist.com or call us at 1800-212-6363.
Customers can also track their Returns by logging into their Account.
