General Return & Replacement Policy

10 Days Returnable

Personal Care Appliances: Shavers, Trimmers, Hair Dryers, Straighteners; Skin care, Nail care, Medical equipments are eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

You can also return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.We request to all of our customers to make a video of order receiving & package opening through your mobile phone and also click some pictures as a delivery proof so that you can easily claim for return & replacement.

Terms and conditions are binding for all purchases

All orders are deemed offers for you to purchase our products. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on your assent to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms and conditions will apply.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

Payment

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping .We accept payment by net-banking, credit card, debit card.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

Changes and Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Disclaimer of warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Groomiist range of products are warranted against any manufacturing defect.

Warranty starts from the date of purchase for the tenure mentioned on product packaging.

Should any defect develop in the product during the warranty period, Groomiist Device Company undertakes to get the product or any part thereof, repaired at any of its Authorized Service Center.

The above warranty shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Any defective product or part thereof will be repaired within the above stated warranty period on receipt of this card, duly filled and stamped by dealer from whom the product was purchased along with the purchase bill/ invoice, provided the product is brought to our nearest service center freight paid and packed securely.
2. In the event of repair/ replacement of any part of the product, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of warranty.
3. This warranty is valid only when:-

-The product is purchased from the company’s authorized dealer and accompanied by this warranty card/ cash memo.

-The product has been serviced only by the Groomiist authorized service personnel.

-The product has been used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.

-The appliance is delivered & picked at customer’s cost to our nearest service center or head office along with the cash memo.

4. The warranty does not apply to:-

-Normal wear and tear of the product.

-Damage due to chipping, peeling, plating and denting.

-Damages arising due to running of the appliances on the alternate sources of power such as inverter, generator or any such auxiliary power supply aid resulting in variation/ fluctuating voltage.

-Breakage or damage of components made of Bakelite, Glass, Plastic, Rubber parts, Cord, Bulbs and Special Color/Coating Treatment/Metal Parts.

-Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer.

-Product if used for the commercial purposes.

-Product, the serial number of which has been removed obliterated or altered on the specification plate.

-If the appliance is opened or tempered by anybody else, except our authorized service centers.

5. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period even if the appliance has not been in use in the specified period.
6. This warranty is valid only, if this card is duly completed, signed and stamped by the authorized dealer and a copy is sent to us within seven days from the date of purchase of the appliance.
7. The warranty is in lieu of all other warranty, expressed or implied and does not cover indirect or consequential damages/ loss.
